Acceptance of Terms
By engaging LumyxTech for any services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
LumyxTech provides IT consulting, software development, and digital marketing services as agreed in individual project contracts. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or contract.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined per project. Standard terms are 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery. Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the project contract.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom-developed code and creative assets. LumyxTech retains the right to use anonymized project details in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of Liability
LumyxTech's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
